Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") forms an integral part of your Terms of Service with FrogBot, Inc. ("FrogBot"). Capitalized terms used but not defined herein have the meanings set forth in the Terms of Service.

This AUP applies to applications, databases, background jobs, and AI agents deployed on the managed Dojo cloud platform ("Dojo"). Self-hosted installations of the MIT-licensed FrogBot framework running on your own infrastructure are governed solely by your own infrastructure policies and applicable law.

1. Fair Use and Platform Resource Limits

To keep Dojo fast, predictable, and free of surprise usage bills for all customers, every Dojo application includes generous baseline resource allocations and hard spend caps:

  • Outbound Traffic Fair Use: Fair use includes up to 100 GB of outbound data transfer per application per month.
  • Build Frequency: Each application may run up to 20 deployment builds in any rolling 24-hour period.
  • Request Rate Limits: Each client IP is permitted up to 600 requests per minute per application before edge rate-limiting applies.
  • Hard Spend Caps: Compute, included Postgres storage (10 GB on Pro, 50 GB on Business), file storage (50 GB on Pro, 250 GB on Business), and monthly AI credits (2,000 credits/month) are capped by default so runaway loops or traffic spikes never generate surprise overage invoices.

2. Prohibited Activities and Content

You may not use the Service, or permit any user of your hosted applications to use the Service, to:

  1. Illegal or Harmful Conduct: Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation, or facilitate child sexual abuse material (CSAM), human trafficking, harassment, or violence.
  2. Malware, Phishing, and Network Abuse: Host or distribute malware, ransomware, spyware, phishing pages, credential-harvesting forms, command-and-control servers, or conduct denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks or unauthorized port/vulnerability scanning.
  3. Unauthorized Cryptomining and Proxy Abuse: Perform cryptocurrency mining, run open relays or unauthorized public proxies, or operate deceptive scraper farms designed to bypass third-party technical access controls.
  4. Spam and Unsolicited Messaging: Send bulk unsolicited commercial email (spam) or abusive automated messages through connected OAuth pieces (such as Gmail, Slack, or Discord).
  5. Infringement and Data Misappropriation: Upload, store, or distribute content that infringes another party's copyright, trademark, trade secret, or privacy rights without authorization.
  6. Circumventing Workspace Isolation: Attempt to probe, breach, or bypass Dojo's container sandboxes, database isolation, Local Runner tunnels, or plan resource limits.

3. Enforcement and Remediation

FrogBot staff may suspend or remove a hosted Dojo application that violates this Acceptable Use Policy or threatens the stability or security of the platform. Where practicable and lawful, we will notify the workspace owner by email and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue. A suspended application displays a maintenance/removed notice until restored.

To report suspected abuse, phishing, or security violations on a Dojo-hosted domain, please email legal@frogbot.ai.
