No. Invite your whole team to Dojo, give them roles, and let a million people use the app you built. The price is per app, plus any processes you add.

Because you should be able to predict your bill. Compute, database, storage, and bandwidth for a normal app are inside the $29. When an app needs more, you add a process at a fixed price rather than watching a meter.

Your web process auto-scales within its size. If it needs more, add a second web process or move to Medium. You choose; we never resize your app and bill you for it. Business adds automatic scaling between a minimum and maximum you set.

We email you before anything is throttled. Nothing is deleted, and your bill does not change until you add a process.

Yes. Set the connection strings and we run your app against them. The price is the same, because you are paying for us to run the app, not for the database. Backups and restore for resources you bring are yours to manage.

The framework is MIT licensed, including SSO. You can build, self-host, and ship commercial products with it forever without paying us. Dojo is the paid part: a place to deploy and run apps without running servers. Enterprise sells two proprietary plugins (Flows, Visual editor) and support. Everything else we build ships MIT.

Because charging for the login page is the kind of thing we started this to end.

You do. Every app is a normal repository you can run anywhere. Your database is a normal Postgres database you can dump at any time. Leaving Dojo is git clone plus a database export.

Projects. On Pro you share apps one at a time. On Business you group apps into projects, each with its own access list, and grant people a whole project at once. Plus SSO into Dojo, an activity log of who deployed, changed, or invited what, autoscaling for web processes, app templates, and priority support. Roles and users are the same on every plan; only the scope you can grant changes. Business is $79 per app.

There is one; it's the framework. Anyone can run FrogBot for free on their own machine or host. Dojo costs us real money per app, and a free hosting tier would mean charging paying customers for it.

Yes. Cancel an app and it runs to the end of the billing period, then stops. You keep the code; download your database before the period ends and it's gone from our side after that.

Not as a policy. If something on our side went wrong, email us and we'll make it right.

Monthly, in advance, per app. Adding a process mid-month is prorated.

Yes, and using your own keys is free. Every app also gets 2,000 AI credits a month through the FrogBot router; generate a key and use it anywhere in your code. Past 2,000 credits you pay provider cost plus a small fee, only if you turn it on. Unused credits don't roll over.

Both directions, any time. It is the same code and the same database format. Dojo is a place to run FrogBot apps, not a different product.

Yes. Each client app is $29 on Pro or $79 on Business. With Business, put each client's apps in their own project and invite the client to that project only; they never see your other clients. When the engagement ends, move the project to the client's own organization. You are not charged for the handover.
